  • No. The program is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re new to training or already confident in the gym, you’ll be guided through structure, progression and proper execution so you can train safely and effectively.

  • Most women notice improvements in energy, strength and routine within the first 4 weeks. Visible physique changes follow with consistency across the full 12 weeks. Results vary based on starting point and commitment.

  • This is a self led program. You’ll receive the full Sculpt framework for training, nutrition and lifestyle, but there are no check ins, adjustments or direct coaching support. If you’re looking for personalised guidance and accountability, 1:1 coaching is the better option.

  • If you’ve tried following programs before and struggled to stay consistent, overthink food or want reassurance that you’re doing things correctly - 1:1 coaching will likely suit you better.
