Terms and Conditions – SCULPT BY SANDRA Online Coaching

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Minimum Commitment – All coaching packages require a minimum commitment of 16 weeks. Early termination of the agreement will not result in any refund or partial refund.
No Refund Policy – All payments are final. Refunds are not offered except in exceptional circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SCULPT BY SANDRA.
Limitation of Liability – SCULPT BY SANDRA is not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may occur during or after participation in the coaching program. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and understand it is your responsibility to seek medical clearance before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Cancellation Notice – If you wish to cancel your coaching at the conclusion of your agreed commitment, you must provide a minimum of 1 week’s notice before your next billing date.
Results Disclaimer – Individual results will vary based on factors such as adherence to the program, effort, and individual circumstances. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
