Why Your Environment Matters
You might have seen on my Instagram that I hosted a training session with the girls on Saturday. It was amazing. Training with people who share your goals and getting to connect with likeminded women always creates a great atmosphere. So many friendships have been formed from our group sessions and it’s always a vibe.
This had me thinking…
When you’re on the pursuit of physique development, your environment plays a huge role in your success.
Take a look at your:
Support Systems: Having a supportive network—whether it’s friends, family, or your coach—can provide you with motivation, encouragement, and accountability. Positive reinforcement from others can enhance your confidence and dedication.
Influence of Peers: The company you keep can significantly impact your journey. Surrounding yourself with individuals who prioritise health and fitness can motivate you to adopt similar habits and stay committed to your goals.
Social Media and Online Communities: Your online environment matters too. Connecting with fitness communities, following motivational accounts, and unfollowing those that don’t positively impact you can help you stay on track.
Hang out with 4 lazy people, and you’ll be the 5th.
Creating a supportive and motivating environment is so important. By surrounding yourself with the right influences and resources, you set yourself up for success.
