How My Clients Win Their Nutrition Every Week

Winning with nutrition isn’t about being perfect every day. It’s about having a strategy that keeps you on track, no matter what life throws at you.

Most women I coach come to me frustrated. They train hard, try to eat “healthy,” but still struggle to see results. Either they’re undereating, overeating, undoing progress on the weekends, or constantly second guessing what they’re doing.

Here’s how my clients set themselves up for success every week (and how you can too):

They plan ahead.
Instead of “winging it,” they take control by pre logging meals in MyFitnessPal the night before and planning out their week. No last minute decisions or oopsies.

They build meals around protein.
They don’t just track calories - they focus on what they’re eating. Every meal is built around a solid protein source.

They meal prep (even just a little).
You don’t need to spend hours cooking, but having key ingredients ready - like cooked chicken, chopped veggies, or a batch of rice makes hitting your nutrition targets effortless. Success isn’t left to chance.

They adjust, not quit.
One meal won’t make or break progress. If they go over their calories or have an unplanned meal out, they adjust, move on, and keep going. No more “starting over Monday.”

They understand their macros.
They’re not blindly following a meal plan - they know why they’re eating a certain way and how to tweak their nutrition based on their lifestyle.

This is exactly what I’ll teach inside my Muscle & Macros Masterclass - how to take the guesswork out of eating so you can fuel your body the right way without feeling restricted.
