Yes, you can have a social life and still build muscle. Here's how.

Hey girl,

I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to give up your life to build muscle.

I built my physique while still going out for dinners, girls nights, date nights, holidays, weekends away… all of it.

I went to Thailand for 3 weeks last year and didn’t track 1 calorie.

I booked a winey tour for my birthday and tried every single wine.

I eat probably 12,000 calories on Christmas Day (every year, I’m wog - so that’s 12,000 calories of pastry and cakes)

And I still managed to build my dream physique.

You know why? Because I learned how to structure my training, eating and lifestyle so I can actually stay consistent long term.

My routine is so dialled in, that when the occasional weekend away, birthday or dinner out comes up - I have total freedom. It makes zero difference to my progress, because I’m consistent the other 90% of the time.

No spiralling.
No guilt.
No shame.

I enjoy it, then get straight back to my usual routine the next day.
That’s what real balance looks like.

And I’m going to teach you how to do the same.

5 WAYS TO STAY ON TRACK AT SOCIAL EVENTS:

✅ Eat at least 100g of protein before you go out
It makes it way easier to hit your targets without stress.

ALWAYS choose the high protein option when ordering
Grilled chicken, steak, lean fish, etc. You can make better choices.

Don’t feel pressured to drink
You’re allowed to say no. Save it for the events that actually matter.

Pick your battles
Not every invite is worth sacrificing your progress for. Be intentional. Ask yourself: Is this event worth going off plan for, or am I saying yes out of habit?

Thailand, my birthday, Christmas… BIG FUCK YES WORTH IT.

A random Saturday catch up with my friends… I’ll get the steak and salad.

✅ Stay dialled in most of the week
The more consistent you are day to day, the more freedom you have when you do go off plan - without it doing any damage.

The reality is: consistency = freedom.
One meal or one night out isn’t going to set you back - as long as it’s the exception, not the norm.

Have a great week!

With love,

Sandra xx
