There's no need to live, train, and eat like bikini pros or fitness influencers on Instagram. Too often, I see women fall into this trap, thinking it’s the only way to look fit. But it's simply not necessary.
My clients know that I’m a big advocate for balance and flexibility. They just want to look their best, feel fit and strong, without the pressure of stepping on stage. So why should they feel guilty for enjoying a slice of pizza with their partner? Or feel restricted from attending a family BBQ because they can’t track every calorie?

You CAN achieve your fitness goals and still maintain a balanced lifestyle. You CAN enjoy your favourite foods. You CAN live your life fully without worrying about derailing your progress. I know this because it’s how I live my life.
This is why I love using food tracking as a tool. It teaches women that they can incorporate the foods they love and still reach their goals, including fat loss, because everything is accounted for.
You don’t need to eat plain oats, chicken, and broccoli every day. You’re allowed to be flexible. You’re allowed to find balance. You’re allowed to enjoy a glass of wine with your girlfriends on a Friday night. You’re allowed to LIVE. Otherwise, what’s the point?
It's what you do 80% of the time that really matters. If you stay on track most of the time, the occasional indulgence won’t hurt your progress if it's planned for.
Stop believing that you need to live and breathe like a competitor to have a great, strong physique. You absolutely do not. Live a balanced life, like I do.
