The 12 Week Sculpt is best suited to women who already have some familiarity with the gym and basic lifting movements.
I recommend at least 3 months of consistent gym experience so you can get the most out of the program and train with confidence from the start.
If you’re completely new to the gym and looking for a casual introduction, this likely isn’t the right fit. This program is designed for women who are ready to follow structure and train with intention.

Most women notice improvements in energy, strength and routine within the first 4 weeks. Visible physique changes follow with consistency across the full 12 weeks. Results vary based on starting point and commitment.

This is a self led program. You’ll receive the full Sculpt framework for training, nutrition and lifestyle, but there are no check ins, adjustments or direct coaching support.
