The Sculpt Membership is designed for women who are ready to train with structure and intention - so while you don't need to be advanced, I'd recommend having at least a few months of gym experience under your belt before joining.
If you're brand new to the gym, getting comfortable with the basics first will help you get so much more out of the membership.

You’ll still get structure, guidance and support, but without the fully personalised programming and weekly 1:1 check ins.
